Martin Turk - General Manager
Marty brings over 22 years of experience in marine cabinetmaking and joinery, having worked with some of the world’s premier yacht builders including Lürssen, Oceanco, Silver Yachts, Trinity Yachts, McConaghy, and Pendennis. Beginning his career as an apprentice, he progressed to leading teams and complex projects, most recently as Operations Manager at Workshop 28 on the Gold Coast. Marty applies his expertise and leadership skills to drive efficiency, professionalism, and innovation. He is passionate about advancing the marine industry through technology-driven processes and delivering world-class results.
Will Blake - Design Manager
Growing up in remote Arnhem Land shaped Will’s creative mindset and deep connection to the ocean. With a degree in naval architecture, he has led diverse marine projects—from electric ferries to luxury tenders. At Sheerline, he oversees the design team, ensuring precision, functionality, and aesthetics. His goal is to elevate marine standards in Australia and build a legacy of innovation and excellence.
Sibel Kowalski - Operations Manager
With nearly a decade in leadership and business development, Sibel thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong, values-driven teams. As Sheerline’s first employee, she embraced the startup challenge and the chance to explore the marine industry. Now focused on operations, HR, and project coordination, she drives key vessel builds while fostering a positive, people-first culture rooted in collaboration and progress.
Hayden Baker - Manufacturing Manager
A passionate sailor turned marine specialist, Hayden began his career in high-performance yachting and rigging. With hands-on experience from Transpacific races to advanced composite builds, he now oversees manufacturing at Sheerline. From titanium components to additive manufacturing, Hayden thrives on innovation—working with like-minded professionals to elevate marine services and put Australia back on the global map for craftsmanship.
Justin Kurzmann - Fitout Manager
Justin is a seasoned marine professional with over 15 years in boat building and fit-out, including running his own yacht fit-out business. Having worked across Australia and the U.S., he brings deep industry knowledge to his role as Production Foreman at Sheerline. Passionate about quality and efficiency, Justin ensures high standards, smooth operations, and timely project delivery—driven by a love for craftsmanship and innovation.
