OUR FACILITIES

Our cutting-edge marine facilities are engineered for the boldest vessel builds. With a number of expansive workshops to handle yachts of varying sizes, we offer unmatched scale and flexibility.

Inside, innovation takes the helm, featuring 3- and 5-axis CNC machines, advanced 3D printing, vacuum moulding, and precision prepreg carbon lamination. Whether it’s complex engineering or custom components, we deliver speed, accuracy, and seamless integration.

From concept to completion, our infrastructure accelerates turnaround times, elevates quality control, and empowers you with high-performance solutions tailored to your vessel’s every demand.

Our Workshops

Our purpose-built facilities include modern design and management offices and a dedicated manufacturing workshop housing advanced machinery. Our versatile sheds and berths for refit work are available for large-scale projects.

Located within the Gold Coast Marine Precinct, we benefit from being surrounded by world-class infrastructure, including:

  • haul out up to 300 tonnes max 10m beam

  • expansive hardstand area, various work sheds and undercover areas for vessels up to 40m

  • on-water covered berths up to 55m LOA 10m beam with the ability to accommodate vessels up to 70m LOA 14m beam and 3.2m draft

This setup ensures seamless project execution for yachts over 24m, game boats and sports cruisers over 10m, with unmatched access, scale, and support.

3 and 5 axis CNC Programming and Cutting

We operate one of the only 5-axis MatCam 8000 CNC routers on Australia’s east coast, delivering unmatched precision in composite tooling and complex 3D machining. With a large-format bed and single-setup capability, we produce full-size molds, patterns, and jigs faster and more accurately. Integrated directly into our composite workflows, this technology reduces hand finishing, boosts consistency, and sets us apart in the Southern Hemisphere marine industry.

3D Printing

Our Markforged Mark Two and Creality K2 Plus printers deliver high-strength, production-ready parts—fast. From carbon fibre–reinforced jigs to large-format thermoplastic enclosures, we print both prototypes and end-use components in-house. With advanced materials, hybrid CNC workflows, and same-day turnaround, we maintain full control over quality and timelines —eliminating third-party delays and enabling smarter, faster solutions for complex marine builds.

Vacuum Moulding & Lamination

Our vacuum lamination and moulding processes ensure high-strength, lightweight composite parts with superior surface finish and structural integrity. By tightly controlling resin distribution and eliminating air pockets, we achieve consistent, void-free results. Ideal for marine applications, this method enhances durability, reduces weight, and improves performance. Integrated with our tooling and CNC workflows, it delivers faster production, tighter tolerances, and exceptional quality—every time.

Prepreg Carbon Lamination

Our advanced prepreg carbon lamination process delivers unmatched strength, precision, and weight savings. Cured in custom built, temperature controlled ovens, it ensures consistent quality and minimal waste. This cutting-edge technique enables faster builds, superior finish, and high-performance results—ideal for demanding marine applications.

Our advanced marine facilities are also open to industry partners and trades. With our CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum moulding, and prepreg carbon lamination, we offer the tools and space needed to support high-quality, efficient marine projects—collaboratively and without compromise.
